No Medicare does not cover massage, and adding 59 would just let them know that a different procedure was performed with a CMT. At least that has been my experience in Illinios... Depending on the private ins or coverage on blues it may, but ususally they will just supplement what medicare covers. If someone has some different info I'd love to hear it as well.
